Mutual Effort and Consent
As the Reiki practitioner I am not here to fix or save you. My job is to create a safe container, feel into your energy field, and channel the Reiki energy to subtly shift and clear blockages. As my client your only job is to stay open, present, and witness what arrises for you during our session. You may experience sensations such as internal heat, restlessness, chills, images or words may come to you, or strong emotions may arise. You may experience all or none of these, everyones experience is deeply personal to their own life experiences and processing.
